The PropTech Data Sandbox is a structured regulatory environment, where PropTech innovators can test solutions using real, regulator-held property data or proprietary data under controlled conditions. The Sandbox is designed to enable participants to test solutions in partnership with regulators, and generate evidence on the value, feasibility, and implications of their innovations while helping shape the future of Dubai’s real estate ecosystem.
What participants get access to
The Sandbox will explore two types of data unlocks: Making government-held PropTech data more accessible to innovators, including datasets that currently exist within government entities but are not published or linkable in their present form. Supporting PropTech companies in the responsible generation and use of their own data, with regulatory guidance on what can be collected, retained, and deployed.
